Post End of Show Update

Well, in the brief time since the show ended things have been very busy indeed:

Conor has been accepted to be one of the artists in the 2015 Bloomberg New Contemporaries show. He's onto great things is our Conor. Well done Conor and very much deserved.

Mandy has been accepted into the 2015 Royal Academy Summer Exhibition. This is fantastic stuff and huge congratulations to Mandy on her success!!!

Sean and Andy are in the middle of preparing for an upcoming show based here in Sheffield called 'Still City'

Dreams cast in concrete
at a time
when the future was blue
and streets took to the sky

Then a time of displacement
a betrayal of dreams
Paradise lost its memory
and all became silent.

The artist stops and listens;
from slabs of concrete
she knows
how to liberate stories

She invokes them gently:
Stories to stories
present to past
tales meeting
in the space between

Including tomorrow it's just 3 more days to go (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) until the end of the "Overlooked" show at Park Hill's new 'the Scottish Queen' gallery space.
